The training tools

Created on Thursday, 24 November 2016

To better prepare for incidents, crises and disasters, proper training and regular exercises are a major activity for all crisis management actors. A domain analysis of the current training domain shows a need for an optimised cost- and time effective learning and training process on all levels, customised to each actor's specific roles and responsibilities. The end users acknowledge the main challenge in allocating necessary time and resources for training purposes especially taking into consideration the lack of lessons learned from training processes.

Crisis Training (CTAS) has over time gained theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the training domain. This experience has resulted in an overall training philosophy outlined in the CTAS training methodology and a portfolio of supporting tools. The solution will give organisations a highly cost effective set of tools assuring improved learning potential with less use of resources.
